These classes are preparatory song and dance classes for boys and girls aged 1 to 4 years, designed to encourage and stimulate your child’s senses. Through these classes, your child will learn co ordination and rhythm by practicing simple songs with actions and for the ‘walking and crawling’ tots in the group some very simple dance steps.
Your child will learn valuable life skills such as socialising, interacting, co-ordination and rhythm and learning to work within a group as well as exercising and most importantly having fun whilst feeling secure knowing that you are close by. They can also get to know and make friends with other children.
These classes are also a way for you to make friends with other parents in your area, exercise and have fun as well as spending quality time with your child. You will notice your child progress more if you and your child attend classes regularly.
Once your child reaches age 4 years, they are guaranteed a place at our dance singing and drama school ‘X-press Performers’ were they can take classes in different dance genres e.g. Ballet, Tap, Modern theatre, street dance/Disco free style, Latin American, Rock & Roll, acrobatic arts and gymnastics (as well as singing and acting classes when they are a little older) We take children into the school from age 4 upwards.
